1. About the Initiative
#IamBengaluru - Volunteer for Parks is a citizen-led civic initiative by Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., through The Times of India ("BCCL", "we", "us", or "our"), aimed at encouraging citizens to participate in the upkeep, beautification, activation and community-led improvement of parks and public green spaces in Bengaluru.
The initiative may be conducted in association with government authorities, civic bodies, implementation partners, NGO partners, resident welfare associations, educational institutions, corporate volunteer groups, community organisations, sponsors, vendors and other authorised partners.
The initiative includes, but is not limited to:
* The #IamBengaluru website and related digital platforms;
* Volunteer registration and RSVP for park activities;
* On-ground volunteering activities at parks and public spaces;
* Cleanliness drives, plantation activities, beautification efforts, park audits, community engagement programmes and related civic activities;
* Volunteer recognition, certificates, impact updates and campaign communication;
* Editorial, print, digital, video, social media and promotional coverage by BCCL and its associated platforms.
By accessing the #IamBengaluru website, registering as a volunteer, accepting these Terms & Conditions, RSVPing for an activity, attending an on-ground activity, submitting information, or otherwise engaging with the initiative, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not register, RSVP, participate in activities, submit content, or use the website.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:
* "Initiative" means #IamBengaluru - Volunteer for Parks and all related online and offline activities.
* "Website" means the official #IamBengaluru website and any related digital platform operated or authorised by BCCL.
* "Volunteer" / "Participant" / "User" means any person who accesses the website, registers, RSVPs, attends or participates in any activity under the initiative.
* "Activity" means any volunteering event, campaign action, park engagement, community programme, workshop, clean-up, plantation, beautification, audit, celebration day or related on-ground or digital activity organised under the initiative.
* "Partners" means NGO partners, civic bodies, resident groups, educational institutions, sponsors, vendors, service providers, community organisations or any other entities associated with the initiative.
* "BCCL Media Assets" means The Times of India newspaper, other BCCL publications, websites, apps, social media handles, newsletters, video platforms, digital properties, event films, campaign pages, promotional material, outdoor media and any other BCCL-owned or BCCL-authorised communication channels.
3. Eligibility
* The initiative is open to residents of India who wish to participate in civic volunteering activities in Bengaluru.
* Participation is voluntary and, unless specifically stated otherwise, free of charge.
* Participants below 18 years of age may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, school, college or authorised institution, as applicable.
* BCCL, its partners and activity organisers may restrict participation in certain activities based on age, safety requirements, physical suitability, venue capacity, local permissions or operational considerations.
* BCCL reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend or cancel any registration, RSVP or participation at its discretion, including where participation may create safety, legal, operational, behavioural or reputational concerns.
4. Registration, User Information and Consent
* Users may be required to register on the website or through authorised campaign channels to participate in activities.
* Registration may require submission of details such as name, mobile number, email address, age group, location, preferred park, activity interest, institution/company/RWA details and other relevant information.
* Users agree to provide accurate, complete and current information.
* BCCL is not responsible for any missed communication, RSVP issue, certificate error, reminder failure or participation issue arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
* BCCL may verify user information where required for operational, safety, reporting, partner coordination or compliance purposes.
* Registration does not guarantee participation in any specific activity. Participation may be subject to slot availability, approvals, weather, safety, venue permissions, partner confirmation and other operational requirements.
* By registering, accepting these Terms & Conditions, RSVPing for an activity, or participating in the initiative, users expressly consent to receive communications from BCCL and/or its authorised partners in relation to the #IamBengaluru - Volunteer for Parks initiative through SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business, phone calls, email and other lawful communication channels.
5. RSVP and Participation in Activities
* Users may RSVP for volunteering activities listed on the website or communicated through authorised channels.
* By RSVPing, the user confirms their intent to attend the selected activity at the stated venue, date and time.
* Users are expected to attend the activity they have RSVPed for. If unable to attend, users are encouraged to cancel or update their RSVP where such functionality is available.
* BCCL and/or its partners may send confirmations, reminders, updates, instructions, venue details, cancellation notices and post-event communications through SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business, phone calls, email or other lawful communication channels, using the contact details provided by the user.
* BCCL may limit the number of volunteers for any activity based on safety, capacity, park permissions, material availability or partner requirements.
* All activities in public parks are subject to permissions, civic restrictions, public access requirements, weather, safety conditions and instructions from government, civic or park authorities.
* BCCL reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate, merge, restrict or modify any activity at any time due to weather, government instructions, civic restrictions, safety concerns, low participation, partner constraints, operational issues or any other reason.
6. Nature of Volunteering
* Participation in the initiative is entirely voluntary.
* Volunteers are not employees, agents, contractors or representatives of BCCL unless separately engaged through a written agreement.
* Participation does not create any employment, stipend, compensation, reimbursement or contractual relationship with BCCL.
* Any certificates, badges, recognition, media mentions or acknowledgements are honorary in nature and do not constitute payment or employment.
* Volunteers are expected to participate responsibly, follow instructions and respect the public nature of parks and civic spaces.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants must:
* Follow instructions issued by BCCL representatives, NGO partners, civic officials, park authorities, safety coordinators and activity leads;
* Respect other volunteers, park users, residents, children, senior citizens, civic staff and partner representatives;
* Avoid littering, damaging plants, trees, park equipment, benches, walls, pathways, signage or any public property;
* Avoid abusive, discriminatory, threatening, disruptive, unsafe, political, religiously provocative or unlawful behaviour;
* Avoid bringing or consuming alcohol, tobacco, drugs or prohibited substances during campaign activities;
* Avoid unauthorised branding, promotion, solicitation, campaigning, fundraising or commercial activity at volunteering locations;
* Avoid political campaigning, religious mobilisation, unauthorised public speeches, protest activity, sample distribution, recruitment, commercial promotion or any activity not approved by BCCL and the relevant authorities;
* Avoid filming with drones, setting up large equipment, blocking public access, obstructing walkways or causing inconvenience to regular park users without prior permission;
* Use tools, equipment and materials responsibly and only as instructed;
* Ensure that children and minors under their care are supervised at all times;
* Comply with all applicable laws, park rules, civic guidelines and event-specific instructions.
BCCL reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant who violates this Code of Conduct or whose behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive or harmful.
In case of conflict between instructions issued by any participant, volunteer, local group, sponsor or unofficial coordinator and instructions issued by BCCL, authorised campaign representatives, NGO leads, civic authorities or park authorities, the latter shall prevail.
8. Safeguards Against Misuse, Fraud and Unauthorised Activity
BCCL takes misuse, impersonation, unauthorised data collection and unauthorised commercial activity seriously. Participants must note the following safeguards.
8.1 No Payment, Donation or Fee Requests
Participation in #IamBengaluru - Volunteer for Parks is free unless expressly stated by BCCL in writing through official channels.
Participants should not make any payment, donation, UPI transfer, cash contribution, purchase or reimbursement to any person claiming to represent the initiative unless such request is expressly authorised by BCCL in writing.
BCCL shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons or entities.
8.2 No Sensitive Data or OTP Sharing
BCCL will not ask participants to share passwords, OTPs, bank account details, payment details, Aadhaar number, PAN, health records, caste, religion, political affiliation or other sensitive information for ordinary volunteer registration.
Participants should not share such information with volunteers, NGOs, RWAs, sponsors, student coordinators, WhatsApp groups or persons claiming to represent #IamBengaluru unless the request is made through an authorised BCCL channel and is clearly necessary for a stated purpose.
8.3 Authorised Communication Channels
Participants should rely only on official #IamBengaluru website links, BCCL-authorised email IDs, verified campaign phone numbers, official RCS/SMS/WhatsApp Business communications, or communication channels expressly authorised by BCCL.
BCCL will not ask participants to share passwords, OTPs, payment details, bank details or sensitive identity documents through informal messages or unofficial groups.
8.4 No Unauthorised Data Collection
No participant, volunteer, park champion, RWA representative, sponsor, vendor, student coordinator or other person may independently collect, copy, store, circulate, publish or use personal data, photographs, videos, contact details or attendance information of other participants unless expressly authorised by BCCL for a defined campaign purpose.
All attendance, registration, certificate and volunteer-tracking data must be collected only through BCCL-approved forms, systems or authorised partner processes.
8.5 Sponsor Data Limits
Sponsors may receive aggregated, anonymised or campaign-level impact reports. Individual-level participant data shall not be shared with sponsors for their independent marketing or promotional use unless specifically disclosed and consented to by the participant or otherwise permitted under applicable law.
8.6 Fraud and Impersonation Reporting
Participants should report suspicious payment requests, unauthorised data requests, fake certificate links, fake WhatsApp groups, phishing messages or persons falsely claiming to represent #IamBengaluru to BCCL at iambengaluru@timesofindia.com.
BCCL may investigate and take appropriate action, including removal from the initiative, reporting to authorities, issuing public clarification or initiating legal action.
8.7 Misuse of Other Participants" Information
Participants must not use contact details, photographs, videos, names, institution details or information of other volunteers for personal, commercial, political, promotional, recruitment, harassment or unauthorised purposes.
Misuse of another participant"s data may result in removal from the initiative and further action.
9. Tools, Materials and Safety Equipment
* Any tools, equipment, paints, cleaning materials, gloves, kits, saplings, stationery, certificates, wristbands or other materials provided during activities must be used only for the instructed purpose.
* Participants shall not misuse, remove, damage, retain, resell, independently distribute or use such materials for any unauthorised purpose.
* Participants are responsible for following safety instructions while handling tools, waste, paint, soil, plants, water, cleaning materials or other items.
* BCCL and its partners may deny access to tools or materials if a participant is considered unfit, unsafe, disruptive or non-compliant with instructions.
10. Safety, Medical Fitness and Assumption of Risk
* On-ground volunteering may involve outdoor activity, physical movement, exposure to dust, soil, plants, insects, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, tools, paints, cleaning materials, waste, crowds or other environmental factors.
* Participants are responsible for assessing their own health, fitness and ability to participate.
* Participants with allergies, medical conditions, mobility limitations or health concerns should consult a medical professional before participating and should inform the activity coordinator where relevant.
* Participants must wear suitable clothing and footwear and follow safety instructions issued at the venue.
* BCCL and its partners may provide basic instructions, but participants remain responsible for their personal safety and belongings.
* BCCL does not provide medical insurance or personal accident insurance for participants unless expressly stated in writing.
* In case of an emergency, BCCL or authorised partners may seek medical assistance, contact emergency services or notify emergency contacts where available.
* To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCCL shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, allergic reaction, property loss or other harm arising from voluntary participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
* BCCL may refuse participation to any person if, in its assessment, participation may be unsafe for the individual or others.
11. Minors and Student Participation
* Participants below 18 years of age may participate only with appropriate consent from a parent/legal guardian or through an authorised school, college or institution.
* Parents, guardians, schools, colleges or authorised representatives are responsible for ensuring that minors are appropriately supervised.
* BCCL may require additional consent forms or institutional approvals for student participation.
* Images, names, school/college names or participation details of minors may be used only in accordance with applicable permissions and consent requirements.
* Participants, volunteers, partners, sponsors, RWAs and student coordinators must not independently collect contact details, photographs, videos, school/college details or personal information of minors during campaign activities without appropriate authorisation and consent.
* BCCL will not knowingly use children"s personal data for behavioural tracking, profiling or targeted advertising.
* BCCL reserves the right to restrict certain activities to adult participants for safety or operational reasons.
12. Photography, Videography and Media Coverage
* #IamBengaluru activities may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, reported or otherwise covered by BCCL, its representatives, photographers, videographers, journalists, partners, agencies or authorised third parties.
* By participating in the initiative or attending an activity venue, you acknowledge and agree that your name, photograph, video, voice, likeness, statements, participation details, city/locality, institution or organisation name may be captured and used by BCCL.
* Such usage may include publication or display in:
* The Times of India newspaper;
* Other BCCL newspapers, magazines or publications;
* BCCL websites, apps and digital platforms;
* Social media handles of BCCL and the campaign;
* Campaign films, video capsules, reels, stories and digital edits;
* Outdoor, print, digital, internal and external promotional material;
* Editorial reports, impact stories, newsletters and partner reports;
* Sponsor, partner or stakeholder presentations related to the initiative.
* Such usage may be for editorial, promotional, archival, reporting, documentation, impact assessment, campaign storytelling or public awareness purposes.
* BCCL shall not be required to provide additional compensation, approval, inspection rights or separate notice for such use, unless required by applicable law.
* Because activities are conducted in public parks and public spaces, participants and visitors may appear incidentally in crowd shots, background visuals or public event coverage.
* Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should inform the activity coordinator before the activity begins. BCCL will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests for identifiable individual coverage but cannot guarantee exclusion from all incidental, background, crowd or public venue imagery.
* In the case of minors, BCCL may require consent from a parent, guardian or authorised institution before using identifiable images, names or details in campaign communication, where applicable.
* Participants must not photograph, film, record or publish images, videos, contact details, names or identifying details of other persons, especially minors, without appropriate consent.
13. Use of Name, Image, Statements and Testimonials
* By participating, users grant BCCL a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable and perpetual right to use their name, photograph, video, likeness, voice, quotes, testimonials, activity participation details and submitted content in connection with the initiative.
* BCCL may edit, adapt, translate, crop, combine or format such material for publication, subject to maintaining the broad context of the initiative.
* BCCL may use volunteer stories, testimonials, quotes, photographs and videos for campaign storytelling, editorial coverage, social media, impact reporting and future promotional material.
* No participant shall claim any ownership, royalty, fee, compensation or approval right in respect of such usage, unless otherwise required under applicable law.
14. User-Generated Content
* Users may submit photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, stories, feedback, artwork or other content in connection with the initiative.
* By submitting content, users confirm that:
* The content is original or they have the right to share it;
* The content does not violate the rights of any third party;
* The content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, misleading, offensive or harmful;
* The content does not include personal data of others without appropriate consent;
* The content does not include photographs, videos, names, contact details or identifying details of minors without appropriate consent.
* Users grant BCCL the right to use, reproduce, publish, edit, display, distribute and promote submitted content in connection with the initiative across BCCL Media Assets and partner communications.
* BCCL reserves the right to moderate, reject, remove or edit any submitted content at its discretion.
* BCCL is not responsible for user-generated content submitted by participants or third parties.
15. Volunteer Recognition, Certificates and Badges
* BCCL may, at its discretion, provide certificates, wristbands, badges, digital recognition, social media acknowledgements or other forms of appreciation to volunteers.
* Recognition may be based on registration, attendance, volunteer hours, activity completion, partner confirmation or other criteria decided by BCCL.
* Certificates, badges, wristbands or recognition may be issued only to participants whose attendance or participation is verified through BCCL-approved mechanisms.
* BCCL may withhold, cancel, correct or modify certificates or recognitions in case of incorrect information, duplicate registration, non-attendance, proxy attendance, misconduct, system error or violation of these Terms.
* Certificates and recognitions are honorary and do not carry monetary value.
* BCCL"s decision regarding recognition shall be final.
16. Communications, CRM and Explicit User Consent
* By registering on the #IamBengaluru website, accepting these Terms & Conditions, RSVPing for an activity, submitting your contact details, or participating in the initiative, you expressly consent to receive communications from Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. and/or its authorised partners in relation to the #IamBengaluru - Volunteer for Parks initiative.
* Such communications may be sent through SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business, phone calls, email or other lawful communication channels, using the mobile number, email address or other contact details provided by you at the time of registration, RSVP or participation.
* Communications may include, but are not limited to:
* Registration confirmations;
* Login, OTP or authentication messages;
* RSVP confirmations;
* Event reminders;
* Venue, date or time updates;
* Event cancellation or rescheduling notices;
* Safety or operational instructions;
* Participation instructions;
* Thank-you messages;
* Volunteer certificates, badges or recognition;
* Impact updates;
* Information about future volunteering opportunities;
* Campaign announcements related to #IamBengaluru;
* Feedback requests and volunteer experience surveys.
* You specifically acknowledge and agree that RCS and WhatsApp Business messages may be used for timely activity-related communication, including confirmations, reminders, event updates, venue changes, cancellations, safety instructions, certificates, impact updates and future volunteering opportunities.
* You also consent to receiving phone calls where required for activity coordination, verification, event updates, emergency communication, volunteer management, feedback or operational follow-up.
* BCCL may share necessary user information with authorised technology, communication, CRM, NGO, event, implementation or service partners solely for purposes connected with operating the initiative, managing volunteer participation, sending communications, coordinating activities, issuing certificates, maintaining attendance records, sending updates and sharing campaign-related information.
* BCCL may implement frequency caps and suppression rules to avoid excessive communication. However, critical operational or safety-related messages, such as OTP/authentication messages, venue changes, event cancellations, timing changes, safety alerts or emergency instructions, may be sent where necessary.
* Users may opt out of non-essential or promotional communications where such option is provided. However, users acknowledge that opting out of certain communication channels may affect BCCL"s ability to send reminders, updates, certificates, activity details, impact updates or volunteering opportunity alerts.
* Transactional, operational, safety-related, authentication-related or legally required communications may continue to be sent where necessary for the user"s participation in the initiative, subject to applicable law.
* All user information and communication preferences will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy applicable to the #IamBengaluru - Volunteer for Parks initiative.
17. Suggested Registration Consent Language
For clarity, the following consent language may be displayed on the registration form:
"I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and consent to receive #IamBengaluru communications from BCCL via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business, phone calls and email."
A helper line may also be displayed:
"Includes registration/RSVP confirmations, reminders, important event updates, certificates, impact updates and future volunteering opportunities. Opt-out available for non-essential updates."
18. Third-Party Partners and Platforms
* The initiative may involve NGO partners, civic authorities, technology vendors, communication service providers, event agencies, photographers, sponsors, institutions and other third parties.
* Certain activities, services, communications or links may be operated by third parties.
* BCCL is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, availability, content, systems or services of third parties, except to the extent required under applicable law.
* Users may be subject to additional terms, waivers, safety rules or privacy notices issued by third-party partners or venues.
* BCCL may share necessary user information with authorised partners for activity coordination, attendance, communication, safety, reporting and operational purposes.
19. Website Use
Users agree not to:
* Misuse the website or interfere with its functioning;
* Attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or user accounts;
* Upload malicious code, scripts, spam or harmful material;
* Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
* Use the website for unlawful, commercial, political, defamatory or harmful purposes;
* Scrape, copy, reproduce or misuse website data without authorisation;
* Impersonate any person, organisation, partner or representative.
BCCL reserves the right to suspend or block access to the website for any user found violating these Terms.
20. Intellectual Property
* All content, branding, logos, names, campaign identity, design, website materials, photographs, videos, articles, graphics, templates, reports and other materials associated with #IamBengaluru are owned by or licensed to BCCL, unless otherwise stated.
* Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or misuse any campaign material without prior written permission from BCCL.
* The use of campaign hashtags or social media sharing by participants is permitted only for lawful, non-commercial and campaign-related purposes.
* Nothing in these Terms grants users any ownership or licence over BCCL"s intellectual property, except limited personal access to use the website and participate in the initiative.
21. Sponsors and Branding
* The initiative may include sponsors, partners or supporters whose names, logos or materials may appear on the website, at events, on certificates, in campaign communication or in other media.
* Sponsor or partner association does not imply endorsement by BCCL of all products, services or claims of such sponsor/partner.
* Users shall not misuse sponsor, partner, BCCL or #IamBengaluru branding for unauthorised personal, commercial or promotional purposes.
* Sponsors shall not independently collect participant data, contact volunteers, run promotions, distribute samples, issue communication or conduct marketing activity through the initiative unless expressly authorised by BCCL and in compliance with applicable law.
* Sponsor visibility or recognition, if any, shall be subject to BCCL"s discretion, campaign requirements, applicable permissions and relevant legal guidelines.
22. Data and Privacy
* BCCL may collect and process user information for registration, communication, activity coordination, volunteer management, media coverage, certificates, impact reporting, campaign analytics, safety and related purposes.
* Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
* Users should review the Privacy Policy before registering or participating.
* These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the Privacy Policy applicable to the #IamBengaluru initiative.
23. Cancellation, Modification or Suspension
BCCL reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, postpone, discontinue or withdraw the initiative, website, activity, park activation, recognition, certificate, communication or any feature of the campaign at any time for operational, technical, legal, regulatory, safety, weather-related, governmental, partner-related or business reasons.
BCCL shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, cost or disappointment arising from such cancellation, modification, suspension or postponement, subject to applicable law.
24. Disqualification and Removal
BCCL may disqualify, remove, suspend or restrict any participant who:
* Provides false or misleading information;
* Violates these Terms & Conditions;
* Engages in unsafe, abusive, disruptive, discriminatory or unlawful conduct;
* Damages public property, park assets, plants, trees, equipment or campaign material;
* Misuses the website, registration system or activity platform;
* Attempts to disrupt the initiative or misrepresent their participation;
* Uses the initiative for unauthorised commercial, political, religious, promotional, fundraising or recruitment purposes;
* Collects, stores, circulates or misuses personal data of other participants without authorisation;
* Falsely claims to represent BCCL, The Times of India, #IamBengaluru, any sponsor, NGO, RWA, civic body or partner;
* Acts in a manner that may harm the reputation, safety or integrity of the initiative, BCCL, partners, volunteers or public authorities.
BCCL"s decision in such matters shall be final.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
* The website and initiative are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis;
* BCCL does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, error-free registration, availability of activity slots, continuous campaign operation or successful participation in any specific activity;
* BCCL shall not be liable for delays, technical errors, communication failures, telecom issues, internet failures, incorrect user information, RSVP errors, third-party platform failures, partner delays or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control;
* BCCL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage, or for loss of opportunity, goodwill, data, reputation or profits arising out of or in connection with the initiative;
* BCCL shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, accident, loss of property, damage, theft, allergic reaction or other harm arising from voluntary participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law;
* BCCL shall not be responsible for unauthorised payments, fake links, phishing attempts, unauthorised communications, impersonation or fraudulent acts by third parties, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law;
* Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.
26. Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BCCL, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agencies and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising from:
* Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
* Misconduct, negligence or unlawful conduct by the participant;
* Damage caused to public property, park assets, campaign material or third-party property;
* Violation of rights of any third party;
* Submission of unlawful, infringing or misleading content;
* Unauthorised collection, storage, publication or misuse of personal data of other participants;
* Unauthorised payments, fundraising, solicitation, promotions or representations made by the participant;
* Any claim arising from the participant"s voluntary participation in the initiative.
27. Force Majeure
BCCL shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, suspension or failure in the operation of the initiative or any activity due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, rain, flood, fire, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, court order, civic restriction, park closure, telecom or internet failure, power outage, cyberattack, labour disruption, vendor failure, partner withdrawal, safety threat or any other event beyond BCCL"s reasonable control.
28. Changes to These Terms
BCCL reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be published on the website or otherwise communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of the website, registration, RSVP or participation after such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the initiative, website, activities or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
